This was the first new build development delivered by Sutton Living Ltd. The site was formerly a community hall owned by Sutton Council with a public car park at the rear. The ambition was to provide a mix of retail, residential and replacement public parking on the site.

I took the scheme from feasibility to design stage and initiated pre-application Planning discussions.  The scheme has now been completed.
