Prentice Place is a local shopping parade in Harlow, owned by the borough council, built in 1955. I advised the council in 2015 on regeneration options and procured local architects to carry out design feasibility. The brief included new homes and a health centre as well as retail and parking provision. The scheme secured Cabinet approval to proceed.
