I led the project team in Royal Borough of Greenwich to redevelop the redundant former residential care scheme next to Woolwich Common into this 37 flat new build scheme for older people down-sizing from family homes
This was the largest single site development to date within Greenwich's new build programme, which I led from 2009 through to 2015. The scheme meets HAPPI standards and includes a small common room facility and community alarm service, which exempts all these flats from the Right To Buy, preserving them as affordable housing for future generations of older people. |
