In my role as Managing Director of Sutton Living Ltd, I negotiated the acquisition of a site in Sutton Town Centre from a charitable trust.
The aim was to demolish the existing retail units on the site and develop a large residential block with retail space on the ground floor and mixed tenure flats above. The plan was for the retail space to be managed by Sutton Council's asset management team, with the flats above to be rented or sold by Sutton Living.
